SMS Terms & Messaging Policy

These SMS Terms govern text messages sent and received through Grow Connects LLC (“Grow Connects,” “we,” “us”), including messages handled by our AI messaging agents on behalf of our clients. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Consent to receive messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by submitting our contact form or texting our number), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and/or informational text messages from Grow Connects. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
Opt-out — reply STOP
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number unless you opt back in. You may also reply HELP for assistance, or email us at support@growconnects.com.
Carriers & 10DLC compliance
Messaging is delivered over A2P 10DLC and other compliant routes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We register our brand and campaigns with The Campaign Registry and follow CTIA messaging principles and applicable carrier requirements.
TCPA
We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We obtain prior express consent before sending marketing texts, honor opt-out requests promptly, and do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
